  4. Your bot must not contain malicious code, engage in API abuse, or collect user data without consent
  5. We reserve the right to remove any bot from our listing at our sole discretion

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The content on discordbots.lol, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to VYBO LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

By submitting a bot to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and list your bot on our Services.

You retain all ownership rights to your bot, but you are responsible for ensuring your bot does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Use of Our Discord Bots

When using our Discord bots, including "Post this Cat," you agree:

  1. Not to use the bot for any illegal purpose or in violation of Discord's Terms of Service
  2. Not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the underlying code
  3. Not to use the bot to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  4. Not to interfere with the proper functioning of the bot
  5. That we may remove the bot from your server for violations of these Terms

We operate with servers located in the European Union, while our headquarters is located in Montana, USA. Your data may be processed in either location.
